Michael Farrow (59)

Independent Non-Executive Chairman

Michael is a principal and director of Consortia Partnership Ltd, a Jersey-licensed trust company. He currently sits on the Board of a number of listed companies. He has also been Group Company Secretary of Cater Allen Jersey, a banking, trustee and investment management group. He was appointed on 21 November 2007. Michael was formerly an army officer, holds an MSc in Corporate Governance and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA).


Kum Hon Tung (55)

Executive director, CFO and Acting CEO

Tung Kum Hon was the Country Head: Singapore and Indonesia for China Sonangol and formerly the Group Chief Operating Officer of China Sonangol Group. He is a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Accountant with over 20 years' experience in public accounting, business advisory and transactions services with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Hong Kong and Malaysia, and KPMG Singapore. He was also the Chief Operating Officer of Bintang Melewar, a multinational corporation based in Malaysia; the Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of Singapore main board listed company Shanghai Asia Holdings Limited; an independent director, member of the Audit Committee and Chairman of the Nomination Committee of Malaysian main board listed company, Tien Wah Press Holdings Berhad. Tung is also a member of the Singapore Institute of Directors. He was appointed on 18 November 2014.


Simon Brickles (50)

Independent Non-Executive Director

Simon was Head of AIM at the London Stock Exchange Group plc from 1994 until 2003 and CEO of PLUS Markets Group plc from 2004 until 2010. He was appointed on 18 November 2014. Educated at Cambridge University, City University and the Inns of Court School of Law, Simon practised as a barrister for several years before moving to finance. Before becoming Head of AIM, Simon worked as a regulator at the London Stock Exchange in the Listing Department (predecessor to the UKLA) and in AIM. Simon is a well-known figure who has lectured on public company corporate governance theory and practice in a number of jurisdictions.


Antony Gardner-Hillman (57)

Independent Non-Executive Director

Antony is an Independent Non-Executive Director and provides directorship services full-time across a varied portfolio of appointments. He has extensive experience in the legal and financial marketplaces through his former career in law and trust company business. He was appointed on 13 November 2009. He was a partner at Crills, Jersey, for over 16 years, where he headed the Financial Services Business and Regulation team. In 1987, he co-founded Jersey Trust Company where he remained a director until disposing of his shareholding and resigning as Non-Executive Group Chairman in 2008. He is a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales, and holds a first-class honours degree in jurisprudence from Oxford University.
