Michael Farrow (59)
Michael is a principal and director of Consortia Partnership Ltd, a Jersey-licensed trust company. He currently sits on the Board of a number of listed companies. He has also been group Company secretary of Cater Allen Jersey, a banking, trustee and investment management group. He was appointed on 21 November 2007. Michael was formerly an army officer, holds an MSc in Corporate Governance and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA).
Glenn Baldwin (41)
Executive director and CEO
Glenn is an experienced mining professional who has held a variety of senior leadership positions with resources companies, including Consolidated Minerals Ltd, Gold Fields Ltd, Ivanhoe Nickel & Platinum Ltd and Anglo American plc. Prior to joining Bellzone, Glenn was most recently CEO of Consolidated Minerals. His roles have included responsibility for all aspects of the mining business in operational and project environments. Glenn has worked globally with significant experiences in Africa and Australia. He holds a BEng (Hons) in mining, a Western Australian First Class Mine Manager’s Certificate and a South African Mine Manager’s Certificate of Competency.
Terry Larkan (52)
Executive director and CFO
Terry has extensive experience in the mining industry in Africa, Australasia and the Americas. Terry joined Bellzone in February 2010 and his core expertise is in the areas of finance and accounting as well as business support areas. Prior to joining Bellzone, Terry’s previous roles included partnership with Ernst & Young (Australia) and Vice-President responsible for financial compliance, internal audit, security and risk management with Barrick Gold Corporation. Terry holds a BCompt and an MBA with Fellow professional memberships of ICSA, Certified Practising Accountants (Australia) and the Governance Institute of Australia.
Antony Gardner-Hillman (57)
Antony is a full-time independent Non-Executive director with a varied portfolio of appointments. He has extensive experience in the legal and financial marketplaces through his former career in law and trust Company business. He was a partner at Crills, Jersey, for over 16 years, where he headed the Financial Services Business and Regulation team. In 1987, he co-founded Jersey Trust Company where he remained a director until disposing of his shareholding and resigning as Non- Executive Group Chairman in 2008. He is a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales, and holds a first-class honours degree in Jurisprudence from Oxford University.
